Processing & cut‑off
- Orders placed by 2:00 pm CST, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after cut‑off, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
- Every order ships with a tracking link and insurance coverage.
Carriers
- We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx based on your address and the fastest method.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship via USPS only.
- Signature may be required for orders over $300 for your protection.
Availability & packaging
- In‑stock items ship from Chicago, IL.
- Each pair includes the original Prada case and cleaning cloth, packed securely.
- If an item is on backorder, we’ll email an updated ship date within 1 business day.

Shipping limitations
- We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii). No international shipping at this time.
- We cannot ship to freight forwarders or hotels.
- Address changes are not possible after dispatch; please review your address at checkout.
- Severe weather and carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.
Holiday & peak season
During peak periods, carriers may add 1–2 business days. Place time‑sensitive orders early and consider Expedited or Overnight options.

We ship to all US states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, and PO Boxes (via USPS). International shipping is not available yet.
Standard: 3–5 business days; Expedited: 2 business days; Overnight: next business day. Times begin after dispatch from Chicago, IL.
Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes). Otherwise, Standard is $5.95.
For security, orders over $300 may require an adult signature upon delivery. If you prefer signature on any order, contact us.
We can update addresses before dispatch. Once shipped, changes are not possible. Email support as soon as you place the order.
Wait 24 hours, check with neighbors/building staff, and verify the address. If still missing, contact us—our team will open a carrier trace and assist with a resolution.
We ship Monday–Friday. Some carriers may deliver on Saturdays in select areas.
