Return Window
You may return eligible sunglasses within 30 calendar days of delivery. The return request must be initiated within this window, and the item must be shipped back within 14 days after your return authorization is approved.
Eligibility & Condition
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition.
- Include all original packaging and materials: branded case, cleaning cloth, authentication cards, tags, barcode stickers, and protective films.
- Frames must be free of scratches, lens smudges, dents, or signs of adjustment/wear.
- Prescription or custom lenses: orders where third‑party or custom prescription lenses were installed are not eligible for a change‑of‑mind return. If the frame itself is defective, see Damaged/Defective.
- Proof of purchase from blackprada-sunglasses.com is required.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items explicitly marked “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards and e-gift cards.
- Personalized or custom‑assembled items (including frames fitted with custom prescription lenses), unless defective.
- Items returned without essential components or with tampered labels.
How to Start a Return
- Email our team at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and its packaging (unworn state).
- We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a return label or instructions.
- Pack the sunglasses securely in the original case and outer carton. Affix the label and drop off with the specified carrier.
Do not ship returns without an RMA. Returns sent to any address other than the one in your RMA may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping & Fees
- For most US returns, a flat $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you use our prepaid label.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping is on us.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.
Refunds & Timing
Once your return is delivered, please allow 2–4 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If a return is received outside the return window, missing components, or shows signs of wear, a partial refund or rejection may apply. We’ll notify you via email with details.
Exchanges
To ensure availability and the fastest turnaround, we currently process exchanges as a new order:
- Initiate a return for your original item.
- Place a new order for the desired model or color.
- Once the return is approved and received, we’ll refund your original order per this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing components, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
Manufacturing defects discovered within 30 days are covered by us. After 30 days, issues may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable; we’re happy to guide you on next steps.
Order Issues: Wrong, Missing, or Lost Items
- Wrong or missing item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your packing slip.
- Lost in transit: if the tracking shows no movement for 7 business days or is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it, reach out so we can investigate with the carrier. Porch‑piracy claims may require a police report and carrier affidavit.
Price Adjustments
If your item goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, contact us and we’ll issue a one‑time price adjustment in the form of a refund to the original payment method or store credit. Exclusions may apply to limited‑time promotions or coupon code events.
